I like the seemingly natural beauty of the first one. the second looks too processed imo

I prefer the first one but it's a bit underexposed. I can't tell if the vignetting was intentional or if it was your lens but that makes it look even more underexposed. If it was not intentional, it can be corrected in PS under Filter > Distort > Lens Correction.

I agree, the first one is my favorite. Actually, I think the first one would look lovely in B&W. It is a bit underexposed, and if you want to be super picky, perhaps clone out the poles that the road leads your eye toward in the upper right hand corner.

I especially like the sign - it seems a bit ironic and funny.

I for one prefer the second one. It has a very fantasy-movie-feel to it, amazing job!

The fact that the first one is a tad bit underexposed only adds to the overal feeling.

1st, natural is better but as afew have said..exposure needs upping, that as a subtle hdr would be nice
