Christmas Cards

My mother has asked me to photograph my two younger brother's and myself for her Christmas cards. She said we could all be together in one shot, but also said it'd be fine if it were just three separate images of us (method she used 2 years ago). Now, my brother's are 14 and are at the stage where posing like a model is a joke to them. I don't think taking them to a park is going to serve me anything shy of a waste of time. So, does anyone have any idea's as to some good poses for teenage boys? I can figure out a self portrait for myself, but they are going to be a bit tougher.

Take something they are interested in and throw a Santa hat on them? Haha, or bribe them with something.

I'll get them to pose, I just am looking for a pose that would work for both a 14 year old and for a Christmas card.

If it's snowy out there, maybe you could take them somewhere with a wooden fence, and have them leaning against it. Casual enough to be okay with a teen, but with the snow giving it more of a Christmas feel?
