Color Balance

I just got my replacement Spyder 3 Elite, and trying to see if I can get some better calibration with my HP LPP2475w.

Anyone see any color casts in this image I took today and white balanced via LR sliders.

It looks right on with my monitor.

Saxi, I notice a very slight blue cast.....

If the door behind your subject is supposed to be white then you have a blue cast. Judging from the warm cast in the area to the left rear, you have mixed light sources. For the door, if it is indeed a white door, in PS place your cursor in the door region and see what the rgb values are in order to get an idea how much correction you need.

I agree, both the door and the whites of the youngster's eyes have a blue cast.

Color is off, check the RGB numbers on the skin tones.
