Early for dinner

I love this shot.

If she was my daughter, this would be huge and on a wall. I'd only maybe crop a little more of the bottom.

Actually I like the bottom but the little part of the chair in the left of the frame is a little distracting also the table is leaning down the the left a touch but both are very easy fixes. I like this too.

That's one hungry little girl. Nice capture. I like the tones you've used too, it just needs straightening.

Excellent shot. As noted, straighten, remove chair at left, and I'd crop to remove the dark spot middle right, to the right of the cookies.

i agree with the cropping points that were given here, the chair on the left and a bit from the bottom,
other than that, i really think its great

I had to spend some time with this image for several reasons. First the subject is adorable. Second this image challenges my senses much like my images challenge other peoples senses. I wouldn't likely shoot this but not because it isn't awesome. In the original I'm not sure the long white wall behind her is adding much but it does force the eye back to the young girl and the table. There is good movement front to back through the frame. The print tone and color palette are nice. I wish the subject focus wasn't as soft, particularly her eyes. That said soft focus is a technique that is quite useful.

Hope you are easily entertained by those of us who think we can improve upon someone else's vision. I can't, but I do have a sense for how I would arrange the frame based on what is presented. Taking advantage of the movement in the dinner setting a close crop (for me) is a more intimate glimpse into this world. I also slightly sharpened the subject but in doing so lose some of the warmth of the original tonality.

For me it's always an education checking out the work of POTN members. Have to keep my mind open and learn to appreciate a wider range of visual expression.
