Well as I'm sure a few of you auto-geeks know -- Gran Turismo 5 was released on the 24th and has a "Photo Travel" mode where you can place your favorite cars in various locations around the world and take pictures of them in their full 500k polygon glory.
The Photo Travel mode is actually pretty deep: You can adjust focal length, aperture, shutter speed, and exposure offset of your "camera." You can also move your camera pretty much however (height, tilt, angle) and wherever you like. The car's wheels can be angled, and various lights can be turned on/off -- pretty damn cool, especially for photo/car geeks.
Anyway, I thought I'd have a go at taking some pictures and seeing how real I could make them look. Here's what I came up with:
