Hi everyone, I was just tagging the photos I took in Florida and came across this one. I didn't notice at the time I took it, thinking it was just a white bird flying past :D Can anyone help and confirm if this is a Reddish Egret White Morph please. Taken at Ding Darling on Sanibel Island.

You may be right. Looks a little big to be a juvenile little blue heron.

It's a juvi Little Blue, note the blue tips on the primary flight feathers. Also a white morph Reddish would have much longer neck plumage.

Nice flight shot Sheryl.

Thank you JP and Steve. I think you might be right Steve. I had discounted it being a Little Blue to be honest, but now I look at it again... The number of times I take a photo without actually identifying the bird. At Viera I took a photo of something moving in the sky and it was only afterwards when I downloaded that I saw it was a Bald Eagle!!
