Any thoughts on the retouching process for this shot? I'm guessing here, but this looks like a lot of dodging and burning... thoughts?

There's at least four lights in that shot. There's one either side, behind, for the highlights at the side of the head. There's a main light, maybe a fill light. There's a hair light and a background light or two. Professional wedding photographer, solution architect and general technical guy with multiple Amazon Web Services certifications.
