First of I know the picture is not any good. Cropped the hell out of it.

This poor guy is a Cardinal with no head feathers at all. After a couple of searches it sounds like a common issue altough I have never seen any before. He has head mites and after he molts next the feathers will grow back. He looks so bad I had to post it.
