Got the chance to shoot this for about 30 minutes on Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, the weather didn't hold up so I couldn't get as many shots as I wanted to, but it was still a lot of fun. It was pretty crazy to see how things have changed in over 30 years at Ferrari! Still a really beautiful car, though.

Excellent work on a classic. The first one looks like a 70's brochure shot.

I agree! For a second I wondered if it was a scan of an old film shot. bw!

#1 and #4. They're both stunning - well done.

thanks everyone.

i'm using 2" OD aluminum tubing (3 sections of 58" each) connected by 2 12" tubes with an OD the same as the ID of the larger tubes. They're pinned together, and supported by a suspension piece.

i use two avengers, three superclamps and one magic arm for the setup.

here's the original rig shot pic so you can get an idea:

Nice shots and really cool rig. What do you mean by OD? I think 2 and 3 are the best. 3 could make a great calender shot!

OD is "outer diameter", aka the width of the outside of the pipe.

thanks for your comments!
