This is my 1st ever shoot. I was a little late for the Magic hour and it was really cold.

I love # 2 and # 6. I think you did a great job for your first time doing a photo shoot! Keep practicing as much as you can! That's what I do!!!

I like them too. Good first shoot.

A few notes. The guy looks a little stiff. I don't know how much time you spent talking to them, but the more at ease they are the more natural they'll look (this coming from a guy who's super uncomfortable when people take pictures of him).

Also, I think some of the images could have used some fill flash. The background in many is much brighter than the subjects. You can do a little to help that out in ACR.

This is a GREAT first photo shoot! I really like the one with the frame.

The girl looks a little uncomfortable with a forced smile in some of the photos. Though, this could be due to the cold.

Love 1 and 6. Maybe you could brighten 1 a little bit?

I think for the first time, you didn't do a bad job. I think for the most part they could use some editing, warming up and brightening up. Also, the girl is 'cheesing' in all but the last one.. I'd like to see more natural interaction, but that's honestly one of the harder things to learn. Keep on practicing!

I like #7, some look a little out of focus. Maybe it's just my tired eyes.

You got some beautiful shots - 2, 5, and 6 and my favs. I agree with the others that a little more post production (mainly brightening) will make all the difference.

I like 5 + 6 the most.

I disagree on #2, because to me she looks like she's avoiding the kiss. I like the idea of the frame shot, but I wonder if a different crop would improve it. I love the last two; he has his best smile in the B&W one, and the "proposal" one just says it all.
