Getty states:

[We will only accept JPEG images which have been converted from uncompressed 47.5-52 MB TIFF files, (flattened, with no layers, paths or channels) - 24 bit RGB Color, 8 bits per channel (8 bit file).

I have a T1i. At most, it seems I get a 43mb TIFF file.

Seems they have VERY high standards or am I missing something about the file format?

Adjust the image size so it's 5380 on the longest side or just move it up to 300dpi and it should meet the required size standards

OLD requirement listing (May of 2006?).....the link states that a 30D is OK, so clearly crops are acceptable.

Yeah, that list is way out of date. It would seem that, at that time, they were OK with an xxD class body but not an xxxD/Rebel class one. So, I would assume that 40D, 50D are OK, as is the 7D of course. As for Rebel class cameras, maybe they have improved sufficiently since then that they may be accepted now ??

Only way to find out is to contact Getty and ask.
