I had to dump my PC and I reloaded all the software from Dell...I think/I hope:oops:

My computer works great...

EXCEPT...When I try to download stuff, i.e., PDF or other stuff from the internet...now there's an "encoding" prompt!

Nothing I select will get it to read properly...Could anyone here help me, please:oops:

I'm trying to download a manual for EOS Digital Rebel/300D...Thanks!:lol:

What is the exact error and by what method are you trying to download? I would try another browser first and also make sure you have the Acrobat Reader installed if you are wanting to view PDF's.
