Kinda.. symmetrical??

I tried to play with some lighting. Obviously I'm not too good at that either.

well -this one has fully kicked my butt. Spent the last 3 evenings after work trying to make an idea come to fruition. Ever have one of those eureka moments, and then utterly fail to reproduce the results you have in your head?

Oh well, it's still good to have the camera in my hands again, here's my submission for this week...
I was going for a dark kinda moody setting - well - I got dark anyway...

Hey guys,

Great theme this week! I had to think a lot to come with an idea. The freezing spell here also helped a little bit too!!!

As far as I know it should not matter as long as the new picture respect the rules of the competition. I have done it myself before!

some great shots in here. I had a new inspiration last night, different train of thought completely. I kept thinking in pairs or reflections, as like many of the shots here, but then I though of radial and circular symmetry and had the perfect example of nature being symmetrical staring me straight in the face. I'd like to add another shot just to share- but not one to be entered into the competition. If anyone doesn't object that is.

I don't know about everyone else, but I'd love to see it. I, too, had an initial inspiration but alas, it was hard to find in December in PA. I'll share my idea after all entries are submitted.

C'mon Kent, Soliwit, Chopper and everyone else. There's still time!
