Susi will have to answer definitively but deconstructing the image, based on shadows and catch lights, I'd say either a beauty dish with a diffusion sock or an octabox.

In my view, one of the best training regimes is to deconstruct images that you like. Try to understand how lighting was applied to get the result. Then think about how you could do something similar.
