Has anyone here tried, or considered, using an LED bulb for your modeling lights? With halogen lights slowly being phased out and CFL's not being suitable to the task are LED's a viable alternative?

Sylvester, tried it on which model of Bees? Was it as bright as the original halogens?

I had it on B800's…it was bright, but not AS bright, but it did the job well. you can find them on amazon for $19

they are made to fit the AB's with the shipping cover on as well… and yes they are dimable

The processing on the skin is a bit much IMO. Also not a big fan of the tilt, i think it would be a good shot without it. I do love the framing with the blurred foreground hammock. lots of potential here
