I did another one from the same session yesterday. I was thinking Modern Drummer with a color palette from a women's magazine. It did not quite work as well as I thought. I might do this one again.

Just found this forum while searching for photos using Alien Bees, how convenient that there is a whole thread dedicated to ABs =).

Yesterday I finally received my lights and got them set up. First time using strobes, but I made some friends go in to my home "studio" and take a couple of pictures. Here are the results. Their daughter is pretty grumpy 80% of the time so we didn't get very many photos lol

( I wish I could have got more light in her left eye, but it is what it is!)
