There are tons of stuff to get and tons of stuff to read but I just want to set up a simple basic studio for an amateur...Like a background, background support system, lightings...anything will help, atleast something I can begin with. I need something thats not "professional" expensive, somewhere in the middle but will last for a couple of years before upgrading to a better one. Any idea is helpful!

What is your budget? It drives everything else. As for buying cheap and upgrading its not necessarily a good path for some of the cheap kits you see arent capable of incremental upgrades. As for lights look at the alienbees kits, or the calumet genesis lights google search them and see what you can find. Dont try to get a kit that includes the background and supports as those items are generally best purchased from different vendors.
