I have been helping to run a photography group at a local day care centre for the past couple of years. The group is well supported and has benefited many of its members by enabling them to re-integrate into society and by rebuilding their confidence.

Earlier this year, the group were commissioned by our local library to produce a series of prints that depict famous movies. These were to be displayed in their DVD lending section. The people in the images are all members of the centre, members of staff, or volunteers.

The images were well received at the library and it has now been decided to produce a calendar that will be offered for sale locally, but will mostly be bought by members and their families. Here are the images that will be included.

There were many restrictions that we were faced with in shooting these, and given these limitations, we are very happy with the results. It was great fun to do and we are now thinking of a theme for our 2012 calendar.

Thanks for looking.

Paul
