there is a rebate going on for just a couple of days, I posted it in the marketplace forum:

in my post just above I mentioned getting it used, ended up getting it NEW for 40 bucks more and didn't have to drive to pick it up.

I'm stoked.

Main administration building on campus. I've read reviews complaining about flare with this lens, but unless the sun is fully in the frame, I don't see flare as a problem.

This lens is underrated, I think. Super sharp and great contrast, especially stopped down a bit.

Wow! Nice pictures everyone!!!! I have a new Canon 60D and I'm in the market for a nice lens right now. Who has the lowest price on this Tokina 16 - 28mm F2.8 lens? Also I was doing some reading on this lens and they are saying it's used for full frame sensors and not APS-C. So I'm just a little confused.

Assuming you have a 18-somethingmm lens for the 60D, and you want to go wide, you'll need something else.
