I like the way they turned out. She has very small eyes and it was so hard to get catch lights. I had to keep asking her to open her eyes. LOL Very pretty girl

All 3 are lovely for starters ... now for the nit-pick and mind you this is my opinion and only my opinion. The print tone is high contrast. The problem with high contrast is the subtle colors are lost and that in fact may be beneficial to this series.

I'm not sure I like her climbing a rock wall. It seems too close to her. I personally might crop some of the wall away from the right side just to place more focus on her.

I like this backdrop the best. I wish it was a full body portrait instead of cutting her off at the knees. A straight arm is not the best pose or gesture in my world. A little stiff and amateurish. Why is she not facing us? Shoot an entire series with as many angles and poses as you can think of.

This image has the most unique pose. I wish the floor was not washed out in highlight. The plant that nearly touches her head is competing with her. That could be cloned out. Any time one element touches another element they become a bigger element or connected. She doesn't have a plant extension to her natural hair.

I think there is some great thought behind making these images and you are fine tuning subtle details which make or break an image. Good luck and happy image making!

thanks for the advice. Do you suggest any resources for posing. I am thinking of picking up some fashion magazines. I have another teen shoot in 2 weeks and I want to get some more ideas on posing. I usually do childen and they work better unposed.
thanks again

The best way to learn posing is to work with a seasoned model. They have a catalog of moves that will knock your socks off. The best ones will animate a montage of moods and characters on demand. That's why they get the bucks and the best shoots.

Study images in printed materials. Go to modeling school.
