I saw one of these at a very crowded political rally in Richmond two years ago. Some photog had it set up at the rear of the crowd and was on a step ladder. I got a few shots of it, I need to dig those out of the archives.

I wouldn't mind having that tripod since I'm 6' 7" tall. I currently use a Bogen/Manfrotto 3021 that extends to 69 inches but even with the head attached I still have to bend over a bit and that gets tiring real quick.

that thing could be converted into a tent really quickly too!

Hopefully it isn't a fraud like some too good to be true ads on Craigslist. If that were on my side of the country, I'd be inquiring how to see it. Look before purchase!
