Need some help from fellow Phoenix, AZ photographers. I have client who wants a "flowery" background or places with lots of flowers to do a maternity shoot. Any ideas?

I've used the Mesa Community College for that effect before with a portrait session. The Botanical Garden has been used for that before during bloom, but I've never used the Botanical Garden for that purpose before.

There's a few nice places at Boyce Thompson Arboretum, but I'm not sure about this time of year. It's a bit of a ride too. Perhaps give them a call if your willing to drive..

Thanks guys. Boyce Thompson is quite a drive. Both are more desert landscapes and I have not seen many blooms there. Phoenix metro is a little tough on finding blooms. I think my best bet would be hotel resorts and find something there.

Perhaps the entrances of major housing developments (like Sun City Grand), or in the resorts/hotels.

I've done some family shoots at the Scottsdale Civic Center. I haven't been there since the late spring but there was a nicely planted area near the Love Sculpture. There are also some very nice large fountains.

hey great landscape shots guys!

I was able to get a press pass for the arizona united sc game this coming saturday. I'm excited to see what I can capture. I was able to get a 300 f4 so I hope it works out well for there. I may try and head to the zoo on Tuesday to try it out there first since they have that $10 deal going on. Anyone is welcome to go along as well! But it all depends on if I have to coach that morning or not. We shall see if I'm needed at gcu or not.
