Sandisk Extreme 4gb....slow?

My camera hasnt arrived yet (should be here friday) so I'm testing out this new Class 10 card I got and the results on my PC are very dissappointing.

In HD Tune the Read/Write was 20MB/s, and in crystalDiskMark I get 20.9MB/s Read and 19.74MB/s write. Looking at all the reviews everyone is getting around 25-27MB/s. I paid $30 for a 4gb card, which I could have gotten the 16gb transcend card for $6 cheaper which does 18MB/s READ and 17MB/s write?

Whats up with this card?

Sure it isn't the reader in your computer that's the bottleneck?
