Your best lens (24-70) is a perfect match with full frame so 5D or 5D MKII

well i was gonna get the 5dc as it is full frame, but then i was thinking maybe the 1d mIIn would be good for the AF and even the 1.3 is better then my 1.6. just wanted to get some outside input.

The 1DII has weird controls, and isn't good at high iso. The 5D isn't really fast or accurate at focusing. Honestly I don't think Canon makes a great wedding camera at the moment, but the 5D/5DII is about as close as they can manage.

The 5 d for sure. The 1d is quite a bit heavier, if it is anything like my 1ds, and that really matters when you are shooting all day and often have flash, long lenses etc.

I'm not personally familiar with either, but I know I like full frame so 5d it would be.

5D files will be better at even medium ISO's, having processed images from both cameras, that's my opinion.

Why limit yourself to those two cameras? There are so many other better options.
