I like the images... I think with some PP adjustments you can really make them pop. I'm super busy right now, but I'll pop in later this evening and post some stuff for ya. :)

What's PP? Yeah, I'm new to PS7. I tried to maneavur through it and wow...I was ready to hit my head against the screen!! Another photographer suggested I use Lightroom for most of my edits, inconjunction with PSx. Thank you for the kind words!

I'd like to see the ones you have posted in B&W in color. They seem to lack contrast and "pop" with the conversions you have done here. The first three could be improved with more dynamic composition. Nos 4 & 5 are a good step in that direction. They also seem to lack sharpness on my screen. This may be an issue with the shot (shutter speed too slow?), my screen, or your hosting service. Beware of your position and your subjects position in relation to the sun, as it will not only affect the lighting but also the clarity of the image. Take care to note your backgrounds as well, especially in regard to how you use them to frame your subjects.

Lightroom is a very photographer friendly program. You can download a 30 day trial from the Adobe website to try it before buying.

You're off to a pretty good start, keep at it!
