Ladies \ Gents ,

Could anyone spare 5 minutes to edit this picture for me I want to take the white stripes off in the forground and remove the car\man and stripes etc in the back ground if any one could take the time to do this I would really appreciate it.
Getting some editing software is on my list to get but currently dont have any.
