Just got an S95 and in looking at the manual, page 3 of the PDF version, it says the images recorded are intended for personal use. (Screen cap image of full paragraph below.) The rest of the paragraph makes complete sense of course.
But how can Canon state that the images are for personal use? Does this mean you can't sell a photo you take with this camera? Sure it's not the quality of a DSLR but I don't understand the legality of a manufacturer controlling what one does with their photos, aside from warnings to not violate laws & copyright law.
