Hi. I just got my 7D last night. To my astonishment and pleasure, the neighborhood flock of turkeys decided to scrounge in my back yard this morning. I quickly got off a hundred or so shots, and these two were the most interesting.

I live on water, so I get lots of ducks, geese, herons, kingfishers, and others from my window. No wonder I chose the D7!

Nice shots for starting out. You have to start calling it a 7D though. :)
