I followed your tutorial and it gave me all the fundamentals I needed to get started playing with this next step in smoke photography. Thank you this is a fun technique, and I like the results out of the gates....

Thanks so much Katodog for the tutorial! Here's the result of my "proof of concept" shot where I verified that I could reproduce a similar shot. I've got some gels now so I will be trying them out this weekend - wish me luck! yeah, I gots some stuff.
