We are blessed with lots of bakeries though a chicken cordon bleu sandwich really isn't a bakery type thing. More of a sandwich shop thing which we have in abundance as well. Anyway, Chicago has a large Polish population and there are many Polish bakeries scattered about. I think it's one of the main reasons Chicago is so high on the list of fat folks. There is not a healthy thing in those shops. Not sure why, but call me JJ.
