In-effing-credibal. I wake up this morning, open the snail mail from last night, and the first letter i open is from the Spanish Lottery, La Primitiva. Reading through the letter I find out that my name has been submitted as part of the annual telecommunications promotion program.

And guess what, I am a winner. I have won 516,912.53 euros. That's $692,523 dollars with today's exchange rate. All I have to do is fill out this form and mail it back and they will automatically deposit the winnings into my bank.

I am besides myself. I can't believe how lucky I am. Why, I don't even remember buying a lottery ticket but i am a big winner. But wait, it gets better. I open the next letter and guess what? My wife won the Spanish Lottery as well. Her prize is also 516,912.53 euros. Can you believe it, two winners in the same house for a grand total of $1,385,046 and neither of us actually bought a ticket. This is surely my lucky day.

I won a house last week in the mail as well. Seems as if the winning is spreading all over

I did win £15,000,000 a long time ago... Back when dodgy fraud was emerging from it's embryonic stages into full fruition. What a load of codswallop that was!

However, one of the best things I did actually win was a pair of tickets to Hyde Park to watch Live8, and on the train ride home, I won a 20GB ipod after buying a pack of gum. Bargain weekend :D

Congrats! I'd take a vacation, somewhere in a Latin country maybe.

Boston to the UK, Easter time, $750 pp return. Not bad at all - haven't bought them yet, still scouting about. That would be for 2 weeks or so. Air France too, so not a crappy airline. Who would you be flying with?

Why buy a ticket when I already won... Twice... And I just found out that my neighbor won as well. Can you imagine, three winners all within 200 feet of one another. What are the odds...

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

...Air lingus ....

I am so mature. I can't help but chuckle every time I read/hear of this airline. :)

I was thinking something more like Con Air Lingus, after the movie.
