Kudzu is horrible. We have seriously considered renting goats for a few days. They love the stuff and will tear it up by the roots to get it all.

Good natural solution.

Lantana (external link) is one of those big hard to get rid of introduced pests here.

Funny thing is that Lantana reminds me of my childhood. There is a creek near the house I grew up in and we used to play in the bush around there. There was a lot of Lantana and the smell reminds me of crawling amongst it.

The lantana here is very popular with people looking to attract butterflies. I am guessing we have the non-invasive variety, as you can buy it at most garden centers.

Nice one Julian.

Took Aaron to see the Movie "I am Number 4" today to get out of the house in the wet weekend we're having. Both of us loved it.

Thanks Greg. I want to see that movie too. :)

Cold, rainy, damp, just your basic miserable day here in IL.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

I did get my CS5 for home though so I'm pumped about that.. Adobe is having some sort to price reduction at the moment. Full version $299.

It isn't any better out here in California. Lots of rain and gusty winds. One of the trees by the creek was knocked over last night.

The boss is off to a baby shower, so I'm going to crank up the fireplace, open a bottle of wine, and finish a book I've been reading.

No supermoon here yesterday either. Saw sort of a glow where the moon should have been but way too many clouds. Best i could do is day-before-supermoon.
