Don't forget the waiver fee to the ATF as well...

Lectures, not demos. Those come extra.

Do you know what triggered the fire?

That! Someone forget to remove the gas before adding the electric?...

I'm guessing someone used to light a gauge of wire. Either that or a nicked wire insulator. All those batteries are going to be able to deliver a tremendous amount of current.

Nobody hurt, the fire happened late evening after everyone had gone home. The cause is still under investigation.

Bad day in the school auto shop, I've been busy with the insurance adjuster all day. Major smoke damage to the facility and classrooms. So much for having much time off this week...

The car was a student gasoline to electric conversion project.

Nasty stuff...

I understand Zane is available for safety lectures, at a reasonable rate (plus travel expenses for himself and Zoƫ).

But this.... just made me this>>>>

And well... I guess I could finish it off with that ^^^

In all seriousness though... glad no one was hurt and the damage was not the destruction of the entire building...

Fortunately, this happened at night when no one was around! It could have been a lot worse!
