My first images of Downy Woodpeckers. It is looking for bugs in the sticktight shucks of pecans.
Unfortunately, I could not avoid interfering branches, but despite that I still like the images .

Thanks, RWL. I did not realize that it had both feet on the pecans in many instances until post processing the images. In image #3, the pecan fell so it had to grab onto a branch and that is why it is hanging at the funny angle. Atmospheric haze in images? Click for Tutorial to Reduce Atmospheric Haze with Photoshop.
