Get your motor runnin'
Head out on the highway...

Well, at least through the neighborhood and the local park.

This is a Worksman's Industrial Tricycle. My students and I ordered it and assembled it. The bike was manufactured in the strangest of places: The USA (New York to be specific).

When I called the New York Factory where these are made, my call was routed to their customer service center in the far off land of Front Office.

Seriously, this is one thick tricycle. The wheels border on motorcycle wheels. This aint no cheap Chinese Wal Mart special. It's a $900-dollar American Made, 500-pound capacity, Industrial Tricycle.

Next week my students and I will begin adding an electric motor to it.

Just the ticket for playing with an electric or hybrid drive system.
