Went to the Motor4toys meet today and donated some toys. There was quite a bit of people and there wasn't too much space, so these are all tightly framed and detail shots. C&C is welcome and appreciated.

And all these were taken with a Sigma 30mm f/1.4.. The copy looks okay right? No focusing problems?

Haha, yea it was cloudy with just a bit of sun peeking through every here and there. I had to ask too.. I have pretty bad eyesight and I swear I thought it was real at first.

I want the hat.

The frontal shots of the cars need a bit more space, especially the black Lambo and the Atom. Next time take another 3 or 4 steps back and it should be great.

And your copy looks good. I love my 30/1.4

Alright. There were a bunch of people surrounding and walking around the cars, so I framed it tighter to get as little people as possible. Guess I shouldn't have done that. ><

Sorry, but in the "Share" areas IMAGE POSTING RULES only allow 2 attachments by the OP per thread, OR 8 embedded (linked) images, OR a combination of both totaling 8 per thread. (Maximum 1024 pixels on any side.) You can always just post a link to more, though, or better yet, post a link to a gallery so we don't have to click on each image link.
Some exceptions are group threads, like "Show Me...", "Post your best...", equipment reviews, Tutorials, etc.
You may add a few additional photos if requested, but only in a reply to other member's post and request.

FrankC - 20D, RAW, Manual everything...
Classic Carz, Racing, Air Show, Flowers.
Find the light... A few Car Lighting Tips, and MOVE YOUR FEET!
Have you thought about making your own book? // Need an exposure crutch?
New Image Size Limits: Image must not exceed 1600 pixels on any side.

Dang, sorry. I knew that rule, just didn't think about it while posting. Any C&C PhotosGuy? :D I read your lighting guide/thread.

They look OK for the conditions that you shot under.

so I framed it tighter to get as little people as possible. Guess I shouldn't have done that.

It's easier to shoot a bit wider & crop someone out, than it is to add some space in PP? ;)
