I need some quick help please ... I have been contacted by the media company that produces the annual financial report for Audi and they are coming to Vancouver to shoot my car ... YAY ! but its in a week (Nov 24-26) so I need some locations fast ... where could you shoot a car and get some "typical Vancouver" scenery in the background ?

I am thinking maybe a lookout on Cypress Mtn, possibly somewhere in the new Olympic Village with BC Place and/or Science World in the background ... where else could work ???

Thanks

A very similar road in the middle of nowhere is Indian River Rd in North Van - lots of commercials are shot there, and there is very little traffic.

Indian River Rd would be one idea, as well as Stanley Pk, along Spanish Banks and through Gastown. Around Crab Park (along the waterfront east of Helijet) would also give a great North Shore background.

And if we are adding photos of our cars:

There was an Audi shoot (maybe not official) on Dyke Road in Richmond yesterday. They sprayed a TT with water and used the river in the background. It was right across the street from London Farm.

Gastown could be great if you could get a nice spot. Even on a rainy day the coblestones would likely look super cool. Spanish Banks and Stanley Park I thought of. I didnt know you could get in anywhere near the helijet port anymore, used to get some great shots by the old helijet port with the containers and the North Shore behind.

Thanks for the help all, keep em comin'.
