For those of you who are into studio lighting, I have a 5' octabox for sale. It's currently setup for Elinchrom lights but that's not to say you can't use it with other brands (simply swap the speedring). Great shot. I hope you stopped at the Chart House or Shady Island Seafood and had a good fill.
You can sit there for hours watching the boats come and go, enjoying a pint or two and eating
a bucket of seafood

Evan - I'm bad with names but I may or may not have eaten there. There is one place right on the dock with a long out door patio as well as lots of seat inside that my gf and I love to go to. We always order fish & chips. So good!!

The chart house is the one with the Red Roof. The one next to it
with the Yellow Gables, is Shady Idland Seafood. They have the
long outside area, facing the water. I agree the Fish and Chips are
great, but they also serve buckets of assorted seafood which was
great as well. I haven't been out there is a couple years, but their
phone numbers are still in my cellphone. I try to make it to one of
them every time I make it to Vancouver, as well as The Sand Bar
down on Grandville

For a guy not from around here you sure have our restaurants figured out! Sandbar is one of my absolute fav's. funny enough, when I created this Vancouver thread and we went on our first photo walk, that's where we went for dinner. I absolutely love Granville island.

I usually stay at the Wall Centre when I'm in Vancouver and it's just a
walk down the hill, and the water taxi across to get to the Sand Bar.
The Cedar Plank Salmon with the Garlic Mashed Potatos is great there.
And they server Guinness as well!!! The little Gelato Shop down in front
is great too.

It's been a couple years since I was in Vancouver, but I'm going to have
to make it out that way in the spring. I could use a good feed of fresh
seafood, and you just can't get that in Edmonton.
