Such an amazing shot, where did you shoot this from ? Was it morning or evening ? I went up to Cypress to try and get something similar but it was socked as well.

I went out with the Vancouver Photog Meetup last Sunday and got a few decent shots, then I stopped in at the Buddhist temple on Steveston Highway and grabbed what I could without disrupting worshipers and obeying the various "no photograph" areas.

Nice photos guys! I love the portraits as well as the shots from cypress. I actually volunteer at cypress every Tuesday night and try to ride on the weekends w friends.

I got up around 1am and usually stay till 4am because I shoot time lapses

Aha, I knew there was something I was missing there. As much as I would love to have that shot I am not sure I am that dedicated/crazy ... yet.

Wait till you get to a point when as soon as you see -21C on the thermometer you get out and shoot We just had it yesterday in Toronto. I almost finished a roll of Ektar 120mm that morning

I am hoping to never see -21C ever again.

Taken earlier this month. First time shooting in Horseshoe Bay since 2008, I think.

The fog from the inside - and yes, the processing on the second is more of a play around to get a darker almost post apocalyptic feel - still thinking of taking the moon out entirely.
