Creating a Photo Book

for the last couple of years I've put together a book of my family photos with text added and had it printed over at http://blurb.com I'm quite happy with the way the book looks but I"m not very happy with the quality of the binding.

Any recommendations on another similar service?

I haven't had any problems with Blurb myself, but similar companies would be MyPublisher, Shutterfly or Picaboo. Has the binding come apart? What's the issue with the binding?
