Be aware this Chinese website. It's not worth to spend time with them.

I ordered a pair of ProMax 600W Studio Flash Strobe Light Head [110V] from them ($189.99 each, paid immediately) and I told one of my friends the price. Then he said he's moving, he''ll sell a pair of AlienBees B800 to me. LN condition, only charge me $150 each. I cancelled my order right away (actually within 1 hr), but linkdelight sales person refused to refund my money back because they want me to buy something from them. I told them my friend is selling a pair of his flash lights to me, I have no reason to buy 2 more. They changed the order status to "hold".

They told me I placed order from them because I was interested in something from them, and then they sent me several other cheap product links. I told them I just want my money back, they said this has to be escalated to their manager.

2 days now, no email, no nothing... ... I am gonna file PayPal claim if they don't refund my money back by end of next day! You can imagine how hard it'll be if you actually return any products back to them.

This is ridiculous! Cheap Chinese online store! I never had issues to return stuffs or cancel orders within NA!

Link Delight actually has a very good reputation as a seller on eBay, and I have purchased several lens adapters from them. There are others who have also had good experiences with them.

Give it another day or two or three, and see what comes of your situation.
If you have no joy after a couple of days, then restart your tirade.

I feel your pain, having been there. That's why I now always buy from B&H, Adorama or Amazon. No hassle returns. A little extra money; a lot of peace of mind.

You might also consider the language barrier, attempting to work with them on that point,
instead of being combative, if it can be helped.

You are reading my mind. These are the only places I shop. The only exception is Cameta Camera (Ebay store and brick and mortar store in Amityville,NY). These guys are awesome, but aside from them, B&H and Adorama get my money.

You DID buy from there. You pushed the button and COMMITTED to the purchase.

I have had 24 dealings with Linkdelight and they have always been a "delight" to do business with.

eBay is not the place to buy something then have a "change of mind" it's an auction and you entered into the transaction willingly. Hold up your end of the deal instead of complaining. It's your problem not theirs.

Exactly

I have not had issues with them and I have purchased many small things from them. Did you read the contract when you agreed to buy? You are might be in the wrong here.

Anyways, the right kind of place for this type of thread is in the marketwatch section https://photography-on-the.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=89

I've used them too and have been happy with them, refer them to their own terms that state that orders can be cancelled...: http://www.linkdelight.com …y-or-cancel-an-order.html (external link)

Bingo! People are always trying to save a buck or two, then find themselves in these types of situation. Its expensive, yes we know, but suck it up, save a bit more and buy from a reputable dealer! For me personally, the concern of getting a knock-off, not getting my purchased item at all, or who knows what else, is motivation enough for me to not even look at little known sellers on ebay and random websites.

I dont think the OP said he bought these items from ebay in his post so I'm not understanding why you're coming down on him for that. He said in his post that he bought the items from the site linked in his post. It's an online storefront with goods being sold so he should be able to cancel his order.

maybe you're right, but if something like that happened to you, you're not gonna be happy if you're money was on "hold" for almost 5 days. its your money, why not complain?
