Absolutely adorable! :) I love your conversion too! The vignette works nicely to direct the viewer right where the eye should land. :)

I bring the raw file into Lightroom 3. I adjust it in color. Then use the lightroom preset for B&W. There is a high contrast and low contrast one. I pick the one that I like back, then I retweak it a bit. Contrast, adjust black, recovery and then clarity.

That is about it!

Oh yeah....I like to adjust the vignette.
