Purchasing "Distorted Glass" to fit Lee Filter System

I'd love to shoot photos using "distorted" pane glass. My Lee filter system can fit 4X4 and 4X6 sizes. I just think that using this type of glass would enhance my photos.
Some folks just put a "greased" window pane in front of their cameras, but I'd just rather see if I could find out where to buy precut distorted glass in the above mentioned sizes.

Am I the only wierdo wanting to do this?...Listen, I really think that the finished photo results would be very very interesting.

Interesting idea that I'd never even heard of -- of course the "greased" idea has been around for a long time, and we occasionally see the "star filter" effect, but boy, the idea of purposefully distorting a shot makes me cringe, but it is interesting!

Interesting idea; I'm not sure where you'd go to get that, though. Maybe a craft supply store or maybe a stained glass facility?

The plastic containers that small items like CF cards are shrink wrapped in will work, too. Or several layers of cheap 'normal' glass. Or use clear nail polish on it.

This was common back in the day when home window glass was, aah...somewhat lacking in quality control. But when Tony says this
