Good looking shots. Really like the drake mallard solo. The Wood Duck shot seems a little hot. But nice job overall. I might suggest bumping up your shutter speed from 1/200 to 1/800 while moving your ISO from 200 to 800. This will give you a lot more keepers and a lot less motion blur. Keep it up!
