Straiten the horizon about .6 degrees clockwise. Open up shadows on the deck area. Crop off a bit of the lower part of the picture to eliminate the worst flair and clone out the rest. Sharpen everything but the sky.

+1 - it looks really good otherwise.

Do another shoot taking into consideration the suggestions given above and maybe wait for a more interesting sky.

You can do what I do sometimes......Go back and re-shoot it. You could use a touch of off-camera fill-flash to give some texture to the dome. block the flare from below, get a few more clouds, etc.

THanks alot guys. Id love to go out and shoot some more but i just dont have much time at the moment. I will crop out the flare for sure. Thank you.

You are just wanting to display it in your living room?

I wouldn't do too much.... Plenty of ideas have been offered already.

Just get it printed and look at it for a while. You can always go back and redo it later, if you wish...

Or you could reshoot it sometime. Personally I'd like to see a wider view that shows more of the observatory dome.

You could wait for a more interesting sky, or Photoshop one in from a different image if you don't object to that sort of thing.
