A glaring problem for me is the way the entire left side of the frame is black. Whatever is obscuring this view, most likely a tree, should be cropped so the edge is clean (just my opinion of course). The tonality and theme is what I am attracted to. The long lines of the dog are reinforced with the long smooth lines of the building.
