the bottom right there is a part that looks like it is uncoated or scratched. I just got this today. So should I return this or is this no big deal?

I personally would not worry about it, but I am not sure about you.

It kind of depends on how much you paid for it verus the return shipping costs. However, out of principal, I would not accept it. You have to weigh the issues.

Did you buy it from one of the big retailers? If so, they may (on occasion) cover your return shipping and send you a replacement.

They sent you defective merchandise. They should pay for the return shipping and replace the item... IF they care about keeping their customers happy and satisfied. Anything less than that and I wouldn't shop there again. That's your hard earned money there, you should get what you paid for.

Yeah if it is for free I am going to send it back now that you put it like that. I am at work now and yeah that is a few hours of my life at work to pay for that. Going to email them.

I would send it back...if you are buying a new product it shouldn't have any issues with it.

B&H and Adorama have always sent me a prepaid UPS label for something like this, no questions asked. They will send you a new one on the receipt of the package.
