Welcome all Mark II of "Using a single strobe - creative examples"

The first thread was started by sfaust, one of the more talented photographers I know, and rapidly grew with some amazing photographs on show to the 10,000 post limit: https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=412392

So here is Mark II, and lets begin with a quite from sfaust that started the first thread:

sfaust wrote in post #4385954 (external link)
Anyway, post any images here taken with a single strobe, or hot light, in a creative way.

some notes:
Please remember this is not your personal image gallery, you should only post 1 or 2 images at a time, and they should be your best, most creative examples, not what ever you happened to be shooting each week.

Please make sure they are the right fit for the topic, i.e using a single artificial light source.

Please don't post photos you have already posted more than once else where in the forums.

Have fun and enjoy

From Sunday...

Single DIY BD w/Minolta Auto320x, and Charlotte, who - believe it or not - has never modeled before.
Seriously.

These are just the first edits; still have a little color balance work to do on the whole series, and I'm wading through over 400 initial keepers.
OH. Yes....by the way: There's almost no PP on her skin. The biggest amount is on her forehead, where a couple of zits reside for the time being. The rest is... Charlotte.

Actually, I think you did... but I, for one, don't mind seeing it again at all. :D

Any chance you've got the settings for camera and flash on this shot, handy...?

I never get tired of seeing your work Simon. Very distinctive, high class look. I find it extremely appealing.
