I hate it when I down size a picture and the thing on the shirt happens. Any body have any tips for that?

i remember a tutorial about that think it was natalia taffarel posted a link...
found it 10 minutes later searching through all her social networking and blogs.

thanks man - much appreicated. not sure of the power rating, but I was shooting around F11

for the shallow DOF shots, I was shooting at F2.0 - its cool that the Einstein can do both.

Thanks Bedojo, the whole place was very rustic and western and they do cattle drives and all kinds of other things there. I was excited and luckily I had enough time to brake out my off camera kit for a while.
