Canon 7D Canon 50mm 1.4 F7.1@1/250 ISO100
One Alien Bee B800 with 7" reflector bounced off a ceiling and wall - camera right.
Cyber Commander set and triggered LR 4 for crop, tweak, color correct

This was taken about 15min after I took delivery of my first "studio" strobe (I've been using AA-strobes for a few years). I had it on a 2' background stand just to play with and (after playing with the Cybercommander) pointed it straight up for the bounce effect.

She's actually getting a little light splashing over the edge of the reflector, the rest is bounced off the wall and ceiling. You can see it in the catchlight pretty clearly here:
